environment:
Windows Server 2003R2 SP2
DOORS server 9.3.0.1
DOORS client 9.3.0.1
DWA 1.4.0.1
I am getting the following error message on my tomcat server when trying to login to a brand new DWA installation:
Jul 14, 2011 1:59:09 PM org.apache.catalina.startup.HostConfig deployWAR
SEVERE: Error deploying configuration descriptor dwa.war
Jul 14, 2011 1:59:20 PM org.apache.catalina.startup.HostConfig deployDescriptor
INFO: Deploying configuration descriptor dwa.xml
What do I do now?

Ok - I got past this error by completely uninstalling and reinstalling.
Now I get to the login screen but have the following error:
Login has failed: Unable to determine the Interop server version

RTFM - didn't read close enough - need to upgrade my DOORS client on the DWA server to be 9.3.0.4

While you're at it, make sure you upgrade to DWA 1.4.0.4 along with DOORS 9.3.0.4 (now 5 i think)
